Every Polar plan keeps your data in Switzerland. Data is stored and processed exclusively in Swiss data centres, so it never leaves the country and remains under Swiss jurisdiction. This Swiss data residency applies to every plan, from Growth to Enterprise.

Polar is built for regulated industries. We provide encryption in transit and at rest, single sign-on, granular role-based access control, and detailed audit logs. Enterprise customers receive a signed DPA, an uptime SLA, and dedicated Swiss hosting, helping you meet GDPR, FADP, and internal governance requirements.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. Your data is never used to train shared or third-party AI models. Polar runs sovereign AI models within Swiss infrastructure, and your content stays private to your workspace. You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times.

Polar reads from the cloud data warehouse you already run: BigQuery, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Postgres, Databricks and ClickHouse. Growth includes 50 connected sources, while Enterprise supports unlimited sources with dedicated onboarding to map your governed data layer.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time directly from your workspace settings, with no long-term lock-in contracts. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you can export your reports before you go.
